Yes. I'm guessing, by the looks of it, it the parent touches the child (First born child?) His health will be set to zero. Then it ends the script.

When it's touched, it will find a Humanoid in the parent of it (the thing that 'hit' is under and why is it findFirstChild), and if there is one, it will set it's health to 0 or 'kill it'. then ends the scripts. the script.Parent.Touched:connect(onTouched) broadcasts ONLY TO THAT SCRIPT onTouched when the brick is touched.
