Tonny12, an account only for trolling and flaming

I logged on today to find a comment on my buggy raytracer that often doesn't work for no reason.
It was by http://scratch.mit.edu/users/tonny12
It obviously hadn't worked for him as he had decided to post a comment on saying:
"this is terrible, u shud quit"
That's all fine if he has some backup i thought.
I checked his account and he has NO projects whatsoever and has probably been using the account to say bad comments so his main account won't get banned.
Seeing s we had doody doing things like this i think that we have another person doing the same to our members.
I don't think this should be tolerated.

I guess a ip trace could be used if this type of behavior continues as a little of people think that programming is alot easier then it is before they attempt anything them selves. can everyone be on a look out for this user?
