Are you trying to do this from a school or something? I know there are sometimes problems sharing from computers that are located behind a proxy server (as some school computers are).

In addition to the response above, your firewall might be the problem. In my case, I notice that if my firewall was set to not allow exceptions, then nothing will upload. Try setting your firewall to allow exceptions and see what happens.

no, but i seen some other people on scratch with that proxy server, and there always at school, and say like they cant post projects, and then the reason is unknown. i think there is defenetly a problam with that type of server

Hmm, if that's the case for your friend, then maybe it isn't a firewall problem, but something else that's affecting the upload. It could a variety of other problems.
