I want the variables to go to a certain spot and stay there. Instead, after a while, they zip back to where they were. It's really annoying so can you help me please?

I'm no pro at Scratch, but I'm pretty sure it shouldn't do that. If you set a variable to a number, it should be assigned to that variable until either it is manually changed with a code, or you click the Green Flag again. Sorry, I can't help you any further than that.

Try showing the variable before you save/share the project, and then make a code to hide it when the green flag is clicked.

Do you mean number or place on the screen?

Hehe... I was wrong... I know now, because I'm having the same problem (I think). When variables are dragged from one place to another (e.g. Into the middle of the stage), they zip back when I go back on, and I have to reposition myself.

im assuming this happens when you hide/show them. This is because when a variable is hidden and then the project is saved, when you unhide them, they return to their origanol position. Always save/upload when all the variables are being shown.
