SonicPops, perhaps you prefer "founder" to "boss"?  It implies that you started the company, but doesn't say anything about who now runs the company.

yeah, but then if i was in companies, i'd have fun helping and i'd have fun doing things, feeling like a part of a group....but it's ok. can u b my friend, sonicpops? plz! and most the ppl on my friends list don't even know i exist on scratch! i just added them cuz they were new and i was trying to make them feel more welcomed to scratch...
