Servers and mini presentation mode.
It would be cool if you could have your own server, so you can play with your friends online. I know that wouldn't be easy to make, but maybe they could. 
I also wish that you could play your scratch game in a 480x360 resolution but without the mouse problems (double clicking opens sprite scripts, single click drags, it's annoying). Or maybe a bigger area to build in, so presentation mode isn't pixelated
