Sprite editor - colour replacer brush?

A lot of downloadable sprites come on a coloured background.  Very easy to remove that in painting programs, but it would be a lot easier if we could import the sprite straight into scratch then remove that background with a colour replacer brush (that replaces chosen background colour with current ink colour).

For intricate sprites with lots of "holes" in them, flood fill isn't very practical!

I agree, and make one of the "colors" to choose from "transparent", so you can take any image and make the color Red, for example, be transparent....

Re: Sprite editor - colour replacer brush?

Thats a given, since "transparent" is already in the scratch colour pallete  big_smile
