Glitch in the forums blocks?

I was looking for a sensing block in one of my previoulsly written forums when i came across this block

<color[  ]is over[ ]

This block is not in scratch so is it supposed to be here in the forums or is it a typing error by the scratch team?

Dear Scratch Users,
I'm done with scratch, or at least making projects. I have made one last big game, thats both fun and teaches a lesson about water. It'd mean a lot if you gave me feedback.                              http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/bosox397/569201

It was probably in a previous version of scratch. The Scratch team haven't updated the forum blocks in a while.

[/blocks]The blocks haven't been updated since 1.1. the color [] is over [] block was the first name for color [] is touching []. So, scratch team... are you ever updating the blocks?

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

That's what I thought. Starting with Scratch 1.2, they changed the name of that block.
