a bunch of tips for game making in scratch and everything else, post your own to be put up here, if I like them I'll add them

-is it too hard? good, it's perfect
-add unlockables, it's the only reason players keep on playing
-if you can, add custom level makers
-always have multiplayer, the game never ends then
-add as much customization as possible to maximize fun levels
-a good joke always makes a memorable moment
-music is what makes game have a certain feeling, choose the right theme
-let everyone share their ideas, you'd be surprised at what ideas you'll find
-make the game good for everyone, not just you
-when you sketch it beforehand, the final product is always better
