Spaming?

ok seriously, there is ALOT of spamming on this page. im not talking about your basic more then three !'s or chatspeak, which isnt really spamming...
im talking about the stuff like GHUDIASLGHUEILWABGJ,RAB i really hate seeing stuff like that. in project notes and project names.
Raymen, well he's my friend but he spams alot, i remind him alot but he still spams. theres also people who post comments like, blablablablablablablablablablablablablablablabla. and yyyyyyyyyyyaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. are we supposed to press mark as innapropiate for spamming or other things?

Vanslar--that link you posted is bad--doesn't work.  I don't really mind spamming, but I can see where it could get annoying.  I really dont think that its something that should be considered inappropriate though.
