Re: LOST!

Hi tj1996. Thanks for contacting us. There are many things you can try, all of them can offer you something. Here are some ideas:

1. Try watching some of the videos that we have here:
http://scratch.mit.edu/videos

2. Download the Scratch cards. They give you tips, step by step, on how to do different things. For example, there is a card that tell you how to make a sprite dance or how to control a sprite using the keyboard.
http://scratch.mit.edu/cards

3. Check out the sample projects that come with Scratch. Click on the open button then, click on Projects and you will see different categories of projects you can do.

4. Finally, you can see some projects that people have posted on this website, download the code and see how they made them.

If you have some specific ideas for the project you want to make, post them here and we can try to help you. Otherwise, don't feel afraid of playing and trying the blocks.

Re: LOST!

tj1996, to make projects, you need to first download Scratch. Go to http://scratch.mit.edu/download

Re: LOST!

The problem was we could not get the gray screen that you create projects on.  We had to delete the entire program and start all over from scratch.  lol

Re: LOST!

Just drag the blocks from the panle, and put them the way you want.  Sometimes its confusing.  Come back if you need help.
