Updating projects

When I update projects by re-uploading them, isn't the new version supposed to replace the old one?  Because all I get is the text updated and the same version of the project.  I even tried deleting and uploading the new one, but it still wouldn't change it.

I had this problem a couple times but figured out that it was a problem with my browser. On Mozilla Firefox, you have to restart the program in order for the update to be received. What browser are you using? Explorer, Firefox, Safari? Try closing out of the window and trying again.

OK, that worked.  It's weird, though, that it loads in the same comments that were there before.
