!@#$%^&*() arent needed if you have shift and numbers, atlest not on windows, which is the likly couse of these not being there, difrent countrys/softwear have difrent keys so although windows have all these, for example mac doesint have ctrl (I think). This would make it unfair for users that dont have those keys as they wont be able to play some of the games. I do however feel that enter and shift and some basic punctionation should be added like . and ,.
