too many 'mods' shown

I just uploaded a brand new project ('Big') and the exact minute it got online it already showed "1 mod". I'm sure that's not correct and you got the number of mods starting off from 1 instead of from zero.

Other than that these recent additions are definitely a huge step forward!

Re: too many 'mods' shown

By the way, the word "mods" is not familiar to a lot of people. Do you have any suggestion (one word) that would be understandable by most people in the Scratch community?

Re: too many 'mods' shown

I checked the number of "mods" for each of my projects, and was surprised how few there were.  (Only the polyphonic piano seems to have been copied much.)  It was interesting to see that self-mods (later versions of the program) were included in the links.

I do not understand why my calculator project is showing 12 mods though:

Re: too many 'mods' shown

It would be very useful to have views, loveits, favorites, and mods displayed on the My Stuff page, so that I did not have to visit every project to see its status.

I'm not a native English speaker, but I intuitively liked and understood the somewhat slangy term 'mod'. Your single word constraint makes it hard to come up with a better synonym. How about

"copies"
"reuses"
"forks"
"spawns"
"branches"
"children"
"offspring"

On second glance I'm afraid I'd opt again for 'mod'.
