I agree. I've always thought that it would make a good Scratch game, now that you can use lists. I suggest making a smaller grid (maybe eight by eight or five by five) with Scratch characters instead of jewels ("Bescratched")...

I'm good at sprites... oh, and here's another one: Interactive Buddy, with movements. Money would be a variable, with <( <>> )> blocks keeping you from going into negative numbers.

Right. I don't want to suggest that it would be easy. But it's the kind of game that, once you're done, will look and work pretty much the same in Scratch as it does when implemented in other languages. It's the kind of thing that you want to take in small steps, though: How to make a 6x6 display of shapes. How to test for three or more in a row. How to make a shape disappear. How to make columns shift downward to fill regions where shapes have disappeared. Etc.

It's definitely a challenge smile
