Re: hiding variable bars
The ability to hide and show variable bars would be useful. It's pretty annoying to try to cover them up with sprites. PS: I am also making an RPG so you can ask me for help if you need it

If you make your menu a full-screen sprite, and use the "bring to front" command, it will hide the variable bars.
