Standalone scratch games
If i've made a game, can i run it in a pc without scratch nor internet access?

You can, but you can't just in scratch. At the bottom of the page here, you'll see a link to something called Scratch2Exe you can download, but I've never used it since I'm usually on a mac. 
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
