I would say that andresmh is the best ScratchR because he is really nice. For me, it's like he goes to everyones projects, not just the projects that are well-known. He gives a chance to every scratcher and gives them courage to do the right things. HE HELPS!I think you forgot to include me.

I would define the best Scratch-er in all of those categories, except the fame and popularity one, because playing Scratch is not about being popular, it's about being kind and helpful toward other users and making projects that people will think are really good.

You're on my list! I not only acknowledge your existence but thank you for all your kind acts as well. That goes for all the other people that help make Scratch such a great place too - by helping in the Forums, or mentoring new Scratchers, or providing constructive criticism on projects. And, no I am not going to publish a complete list because I am sure to leave somebody off and hurt their feelings; You know who you are

Paddle2See is very nice to everyone and has helped me a couple of times. He is a good all-around Scratcher.
Archie(Archmage) is just an incredible programer and helps alot of people.
Bobby500 was my other account. 
Andremsh, NOthing else needs to be said.
THere are alot of people that are very nice and make good projects, I just can't name them all. Thanks to everyone!
