The first is mentioned quite a bit but probably the top priorities are SWF and JAR exporting. These are multi-system online friendly formats.
Second, the start/stop button does detract from the overall look of the movies/apps. There should be an option to remove it while exporting, so that it, say, automatically starts on load.
