Can't even start Scratch on Mac OS X Tiger...
Ok so I filled out the form and downloaded 1.3. Looks fine, disk image mounts ok, I move it to my /Applications folder. I open the Scratch 1.3 folder and click the application inside. It bounces on my dock once then disappears. It doesn't even really bounce, just flashes once.
What am I doing wrong? I am using Tiger 10.4.11 the latest Tiger release, on a G4 PPC machine.
Really want to start developing...I love this app. 
Works fine on my other WinXP SP2 system.

Oh my God...I'm so happy I could kiss someone...I finally got this to work!
Here's the problem:
I ran Cocktail cleanup scripts and all my permissions were messed up.
The fix:
Get Info on the Scratch 1.3 folder. Change your own perms to read-only. Change ownership to system and then click "Apply to enclosed items..."
I kinda figured it was a permissions error, but I kept forgetting to click "Apply to enclosed items..."
Whew! Am I glad that's over! You can expect a lot of games from me soon...
