No, I don't except requests for icons, but I think after someone hit's "upload" for getting a new icon, it gets sent to the scratch team, so they can approve the icon or not. A certain "someone" has used a VERY offensive image if Homer Simpson.
I think the same with projects. It would keep scratch WAY MORE child friendly.
And then I'd think you would receive a message saying "your project/icon has been approved."

Yes, that would probably help a lot with keeping kid-unfriendly material off the site. Unfortunately, I don't think the Scratch Team has enough people to go through all the material in a timely fashion. But keep coming up with ideas!
