How do you make a link or those lines with stuff under them?

The title has my question.

You mean a signature? You are not a 'Scratcher' yet, but when you are, go to profile, and click personality, and you can edit your signature there.

As 773f pointed out, once you become a 'Scratch' you can make one. Right now, you're a new scratcher.
