How Do You Compress, and What Does It Do?

I have a project, it's really awesome and I wanted to post it; but the file's too big  sad 

They say if you compress something, the file would be smaller so you could post it.

But how on the StarClan can you compress?

There's a box you can check at the bottom of the window when you upload the project.
