Will I be able to access my newer accounts after the BETA version?

What I mean is it says you can't log in to the beta version of Scratch 2.0 if you made an account after the 26/1 or something. Does this mean after the 9/5 I can access this account on 2.0?

On May 9, 2.0 will become the official form of Scratch. So it will no longer be "beta" as everyone will be able to use it.

So, all accounts will be able to access it.
