If your talking about GPS, I'm pretty sure that's not possible. But if you know exactly where you went, you could make a little bike sprite or something and use the pen to trace your trip.

You want to record your trip? As in record where you went?
Well, first, you need a GPS. A piece of paper, no matter what is printed on it, cannot do this.
Next, you need an actual program to view your path. Scratch, no matter which blocks and how many variables you may use, cannot do this either.
