So unless it's real life (since centaurs don't exist, seeing one would be a shock)
which it isn't, centaurs aren't age inappropriate. We can just make the head the person part. For example these centaur sprites aren't inappropriate.
So unless you purposely make it inappropriate I think they are fine.

I'm just looking at wikepedia and other internet sites about centaurs and no site has anything about them doing anything inappropriate.
Maybe your getting confused with satyrs/fauns?
The actual character of a centaur isn't based around them doing anything inappropriate so maybe your source is incorrect or if it's a fiction novel/movie perhaps that move/book makes them do that. But the original idea of a centaur has nothing inappropriate to do with it.

The only inappropriate thing I can find about them is that some are a little barbaric but we don't have to make them barbaric and they aren't anymore barbaric then vampires.

Anyway even if centaurs are inappropriate vampires are even more inappropriate.

Nope. I remember clearly because in Harry Potter what the centaurs did to Umbride (JK revealed to some adults). If vampires risk a flag, centaurs will get flagged.

Maybe you don't know what the word means when you saw it?

What about Dryads? Theyre a lot more appropriate legend wise.

Dryads are definitely inappropriate in their looks. Search dryads on google images to know what I mean. Well harry potter is a fiction novel, JK Rowling can make them do that but thats her idea. Our idea of them can contain nothing inappropriate.


Anyway this could turn into a flame war so how about we stop and leave it to topaz to decide.

I am not using facts from HP! I am using facts from years of research about cntaurs! Dryads just look inapro, which is easily changed and no one cares.  But look at a centaur, and your thinking about the myths.

If i'm thinking about myths, then your research must be myths (or at least fiction) as well since centaurs don't exist, scientific research isn't even possible.
If dryad looks can be changed then centaur personality can be changed

I don't want you to quit, but it's your choice.
Lot's of projects on scratch have centaurs, practically none are flagged.
Unless you actually make them inappropriate, it's fine

How about we change the Centaur idea completely and have something different like a Giants? You could have different types like Hill Giants, Frost Giants, Flame Giants and Hydro Giants? As far as I'm concerned the only thing wrong with Giants is that they could be a bit brutal. But we can change that.

No problem!    I didn't put the actual collab signature there, because I prefer my signature to be unique   
I'd prefer the beast/humanoid idea over giants

Also I agree the beasts are all evil humanoids but giants don't particularly fit under that category.

Btw why in the world is the druid on beasts? The other beasts are evil.
Druids are NOT beasts.
A druid was a member of the priestly class in Britain, Ireland, and Gaul (France), and possibly other parts of Celtic Europe and Galatia during the Iron Age and possibly earlier.
They were actual people, not beasts...

Maybe for beasts we could have Warlock, Sorceress or Witch instead?
