Just visit beta.scratch.mit.edu and login with your normal Scratch username and password.
All your projects uploaded before Jan 26 should be there.

Well, if you're talking about transferring the projects then, you have to wait for 2.0 get out of beta, or you could import your projects made in 1.4 into the 2.0 editor then post it.
