There should be an amount of nested quotes because I see 15 quotes in a post that almost take up half the page, and the quote context is mostly "agree" or "support"!

I agree. Having a lot of quotes could be quite annoying. When it's replying to various quotes it's fine but it's when it becomes quotes of quotes of quotes of quotes it becomes annoying. I suggest a maximum of a 2 quotes within a quote.

Yes! I think if you have more than 2 quotes, you could just link to a post!
