Either your image dimensions are too large, you are using an un-supported image file (I generally use .png), or if it's a GIF the file size is too large.

If any of these are true:
- Shrink the image.
- Convert the image file with a media converter. You can easily find one on Google.
- If it's your GIF, remake it with less frames, or shorter dimensions. If it's not your GIF and you found it on the internet, find a different one to use.
