Scratch

To update a project, just upload a project with the same name as the project you want to update. I don't know if you need the same Project Notes, but I would just to make sure. You can always update the notes on the website, anyway.

Just make some changes in the downloaded scratch program in your project and share it. 
Or you can remix your project, share it, but you don't need to give credit as you are just remixing your own projects.

You can change the project notes.

That is because you are new to scratch. If you have been registered for 30 days, click the mark all topics as read button. Then, you can get promoted. 

He understands. You do not need to go around telling everyone that is a new Scratcher. if anyone had any questions, they would ask it themselves.

??????? I've been registered for over 30 days and I've regularly pressed the mark all topics as read button but I'm still a new scratcher!!!!

You DO NOT need that button to get promoted.  Just post regularly along with other requirements.

So just upload the project with the same title and edits.

You just upload the new version of your project with the same name as the one you want it to replace (if you want, you can still change the name once the project is online). Hope that helps!
