Need help with 3D sprites

I am pretty new to scratch.  I am trying to import a 3D file to use as a sprite.  I am trying to use 123Draw and it exports a .STL as far as I can tell.  Can this be used in Scratch? Is there another tool that I could use to make 3D images to use as a sprite?

Re: Need help with 3D sprites

I don't think Scratch handles those files; try saving it as a .gif, a .png, or a .jpeg.

Re: Need help with 3D sprites

Scratch is completly 2D. Anything 3D-ish is pseudo 3D, or an animation, a bunch of images, or a dynamic drawing.
You can save screenshots of the 3D objects and import them.
