Try compressing everything by checking the box in the bottom left hand corner of the share box. If that doesn't work, try getting rid of unnecessary scripts, like combining forever loops into one on a sprite, delete unnecessary sprites anything you can to decrease the file size. If it is an animation try sharing it in parts. Like Part 1, 2, 3, 4.
