Oh so I just looked up matzah and I had this last week
A friend's parent offered it to me when we were waiting to leave for lunch
It was okay, I guess

i tend to have a flour to water ratio of 2:1, but it's not exact and it just depends on what it looks like

Matzah is actually just flour and water, baked for no more than 18 minutes. And it's delicious, especially with butter+cinnamon-sugar!
