I have never been in a truly active collab before, so I decided to start one
Here are the positions, with descriptions, current workers, and min/max:

Programmers (create original code, help debug)

Current Project: Journey: Infinite dimensions.
Current Goals: Create levels, get music
Current Assignments: Remix the current world with levels. The Harry potter world should have a 3rd person survival thing that you control and avoid until a certain point. All levels should be from a scene in a book, with 7 total. Dragon Ball I honestly have no idea, but you need to be able to collect orbs (Dragon Balls) somehow. Once 7 are collected, a new world is available. Audio Specialists, find music for: The title screen, the world select screen, the level select screens(one for Harry Potter and one for Dragon Ball), one for the Harry potter levels, and one for the Dragon Ball levels

Arcade games sounds like a great place to start! Let's wait to decide on a game with an arcade style concept (maybe in the manner of Space Invaders?). Also, we release projects on both sites, but with some extra features in 2.0. So, we will try to get the game completely prepared in 1.4, but yes, we will real ease on the Beta site. If you want, you can program in 2.0 and I can rebuild it in 1.4

Ummm maybe we could create a library on scratch, and have heaps of books inside. If you click on a book, maybe a game based on the book would come up. It's probably not my best idea...

I think we should combine both ideas. If we had arcade style graphics and a storyline like the main character being stuck in a library and having to go through different stories. And, in different stories, there could be different laws of the world. Like, in a fantasy book, there could be magic obstacles.
