Right now, no. In 2.0, no. Even though there will be cloud variables in 2.0, we can only have 4 per project, and they're limited to numbers 
Tip of the whatever: Don't post in threads older than 2 weeks unless your post will actually be useful.

Actually, when the full version of Scratch 2.0 is out, the cloud variables, will not just be limited to numbers, but also limited to chat projects, so we can make a chat project with chat lists!
