This is my first project that I consider worth uploading, I've made several projects over time, but this one is more complete and entertaining.
In this game, you control a small ship with your mouse(it will follow your mouse), and click to shoot! Enemies will come from the left, shoot or try to ram into you, so you'll have to shoot them or dodge them.
.:-Enemy ships-:.
-wheel droid: spins towards you, generally missing.
-small ship: flies towards you, blasts you, and flies off.
-UFO: flies around in circle, hard to hit and annoying.
-missile spider: brings along a homing missile, rather clumsy...
.:-Power-up-:.
-health pack: heals 5 hits, for now, as enemies all do same damage.
-super beam: rapid fire, thicker beam, for 10 seconds.
-twirl beam: 2 twisting beams with no reload time, last 10 seconds.
.:-General-:.
This game is quite dynamic, fast paced, and fun. It has no difficulty curve, so far, but you do eventually die. movements are fluid in general, and it has minimal lag (except for those metal scraps...).
.:-Me-:.
I'm not new to scratch, I've used it several years ago (thought I never released any worthwhile projects...), and got back into it. Thing is, lost my account, which sucks, as I'm unable to use the scratch 2.0 beta.
My strong points are simulating physics and aesthetics. I fail at determination and finishing projects...
Comments, ideas, suggestions, etc. are welcome!
