I don't have a dog because No-one in my family can afford/find the time to look after one if we did.

Dogs are incredibly difficult. I'm home almost all day with ours and we've got plenty of affection and money to pour into her, but she's still a rather awful little creature

I have a Basenji because he doesn't bark, only whines, and has a good temperament. Plus, we have a Costco membership, so we can buy 20 pound bags of dog food
