You make one in a paint editor or just take a picture of something (It can be anything), click "change picture", choose the file you want to set as your pic, and click "update". Hope this helps!

Go to the "My Stuff" tab at the top of the Scratch page. Then click "Change Picture" in the top left of the screen underneath where it says your location. Then just upload any picture on your computer. Hope that helps!
