Also, while fiddling about with my keyboard I worked out how to go into each piece smoothly. It can all be recorded as one! Unless you want to give the transition thing a go...

Perhaps something as simple as "Scratch Theme Song", or maybe "The Story of the Scratcher"?

Hmmm, I guess we will stick with the scratch theme song for now. Tomorrow I will record it (I first have to wash my Afro hair tomorrow    ) then I will upload a sample of the song!

So, shall we start handing out jobs?  I'm enjoying animating more, so I could do main animating this time, and warriorcats and could do the little snippets of it that I may have no ideas for (basically, use the same method I used for Doctah Knockout's Style).  What is Violinity's role, by the way?

Violinty's role is to design graphics for the game (as well as humhum). And yes we should start handing out jobs! Your animating is quite good. I guess the whole collab could decide on possible lyrics

Perhaps, since warriorcats and I are both the lyric writers, we could both come up with the main lyrics that we think work, post it in a forum comment, and we all tweak it as a team so everyone's happy.

If we do the character, that is humhum and Violinity's domain, so I 'spose they come up with the final character (and quite frankly, my spriting skills aren't very good, anyway.     I stick to stick figures for a reason... sort of.  ).

Okay, so maybe come up with possible bits that could represent us in some way for the character (usually somewhat subtle).  For me, possibilities are a Decepticon insignia, cyborg eye, or me signature helmet (the helmet is a lot less subtle, though, so probably not a good idea  ).

Hahah yes the helmet is not a good idea. I would say an elf hat but probably better ideas being elf ears or a t -shirt with some music signs on it....... Well maybe not a t -shirt...

Put in first post to have an idea of what to have represent you for the character, I would say; this way, they have what they want in the character.

True - we have plenty of time so it's no big rush. Planning to finish off the Yoshi as a side project for anyone who has nothing to do as well so we had lots of things to get on with!

That reminds me-- so this gets done, perhaps we should have a set deadline (which is up to you to decide).  I would say give us 2-4 weeks to have this finished.

Oh, Primus!  I sound serious all of  sudden!  I really AM becoming Dreadwing! 

A deadline. Considering music and lyrics could be done quickly - should take about 1-2 weeks. Graphics may take longer (and considering inactivity if any) - dealing line would be 3 weeks from now. Then animation should be quick so after all the graphics are in it should be 1 week after that. Total of 4 weeks/1 month.

Hello guys I'm back - just readin the conversation and the ideas still brewin in this lovely cauldron! Anyways, yes I think the character thing is a good idea and I see where your getting at! My feature would be..... Difficult this is. Perhaps a paintbrush Like a magic one. Or, beret! Oh wait we already got a hat. Let's see, perhaps a pencil as I enjoy drawing. I'll do a paintbrush or pencil.

The jobs - I'll get started on my job right away!

Ah, perhaps cartoony?  You know; kind of like the way Scratch Cat is, and most of th animating styles.  May have to check with DJ, though; see if she has any other ideas on how it should be.

For your bit... hmm... perhaps paint smudges on the shirt, or if we were to do elf ears instead for DJ, you could do the beret, otherwise, a paintbrush would work.

Ahhh cartoony! Favourite type! Ok and thanks for the ideas..... I'll just need the features from warriorcats1325 and humhum before I get started!

Ok, so I was just practicing before I record and I thought maybe each little piece that makes up the whole song can be a separate song in future.
