How can you make a scratch shoot at another Scratch?

I really need help with this scratch projet. It is a Rodeo type thing where they are shooting at each other and they only have ten bullets. I just need help with the part where they shoot each other. How can you make a scratch shoot at another scratch?  sad (

I don't have Scratch on this computer, but you can make a bullet sprite, have it start at a gun, and move it towards the target.
