hey is there a way for you to make your animation you screensaver?

I dont know, I don't think it's possible.
I gaze off into the boundless skyline, noteblock choirs playin in the sunshine, turn round pick up my sword and wield the blade that once forced evil mobs to yield, if this battle shall leave me slain, I know Herobrine still calls my name, better just take a stand, that was when I ruled the land.

There was a Scratch mod that allowed you to do that, but if you made it in 1.4, it won't open it. The mod is called "chirp".

You can use Scratch2Exe (I don't have a link) or Insanity2Exe (change the file extension from .sb to .ins first if you do that) and then change the extension on the EXE to SCR. Then, right-click the SCr file and click "install".
