COnverting scrstch

I need to convert scratch to some format where scratch does not need to be downloaded. I checked around the and only ones available are for v. 1.2 not 1.3
Is there anything that can be used to convert the v.1.3

No version of scratch project needs to be download because they can run in the online player. However every version of the actual scratch program needs to be downloaded.

Are you sure no converters work for 1.3? I thought there'd be something by now... (even though 1.3 was only released a few months ago  lol )

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
