New scratch android app I'm creating! URGENT QUESTION FOR SCRATCH TEAM

URGENT QUESTION! I'm creating a Scratch fan app for Android AND I NEED TO KNOW is there any Copyright message (like if your company was called matrix7 something like Copyright 2013 matrix7, all rights reserved or something like that) I need to put in?

You probably mean trademarks; you don't copy any code from the scratch website, do you?
the only trademarks you need to worry about are "scratch" and the scratch cat
