There is nothing that suggests that it is legal, so it is illegal unless you provide evidence otherwise.

Hmmm...I see nothing in the comments or in the profile of the uploader to indicate that they received permission from Tristar to upload that movie. I think it's probably not a legal copy, sorry,

But, feel free to discuss if you've seen it previously.
