What will the game be about? What type of people do you need?
I for one, would be best in a position of advertising or customer support, possibly both.

Your post doesn't provide enough information, I'm afraid. Salvahkiin has some really important questions, and, especially in the programming field, we need the following information:
What language will it be written in?
How would it be distributed?
Specific functionality?
Graphic intensity?
Length, if applicable?
Genre?
