Well, you just upload it, and then the other members can download it.
It's also a good idea to have galleries to put all your collaboration projects in.

There are two things that you can try:
1. The leader creates an account with the name of the collab and uploads the finished project there.
2. The finished project is posted, and then everyone downloads and uploads on the team of the collab, naturally saying they are a part of it and the members they worked with.
It all depends on how you want to go about it; you may even just want one member to post it. Hope this helps!

OK, thanks! I was hoping there was an easy way for two people to work on the project at the same time and see each others edits as they are made. It sounds like only one person can access it at once.
Do you have any thoughts about the best way to break up a collaborated project between the members?

I think your best bet is assigning roles depending on the members area of strength. Let's say your collab is working on a videogame. Give the job of sprite making to artists, scripters get making the base for it and AI's for enemies, animators on interludes (if any) and end credits, etc. Things like that.
