Variables changing position
On my Pacman Game (http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/nmonag2020/3146197) I have the two variables at the top and one near the bottom:

But when I upload my game, the variables appear up here:

Is there anything I can do to stop this?

Well, yes, there is a way. Before you upload your project, make sure your variables are showing, and viola! They'll be there on the website.
