DuckDuckGo would win any of these :p
Actually it wouldn't
The problem with this test in the first place is that you are being pressed to search for five things when you don't even need to. Searching for something relevant to you is much more likely to be won by Google.
care to do a test? I've actually found duckduckgo much more relevant.
The creepy search tracking Google does is ultimately helpful.
http://coders-shed.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=238 << not when you search a lot of one thing.
When I used DuckDuckGo for quite a while, I almost defaulted to !g. None of the results were particularly close to what I wanted, even if they were similar to the search. This problem is more or less non-existent with google.
Okay, fair enough. Everyone has their own preferred search engine.
(The Bington promotion is down - use this)VVV
try duckduckgo :p
I don't like the look of the styling on that.

bing is the best. It won 5/5 times. And if you use both of the sites enough, you can tell what the results look like so it's not really a blind test, but Bing still won every time.

Google is actully better because more people said google won. Plus, my mom went on bing to look up somethingbut she couldn't find it so she went on google and found it. Google is older so it should have better results and better information.

They both have they're pros. And neither is just a search engine.

I prefer Google because of their experience in the search engine. Bing claims to "respect" the privacy of others, but in reality they store just as much of your personal info that Google does. I personally don't mind Google's way of storing my information, since only if they were hacked could just anyone (other than the government) find my information. I think it is helpful in searches and in the ads that are displayed, because if I search for minecraft a lot, the ads will be for more Minecraft related stuff, instead of things that I have no interest in.

I feel kind of sad. I like Microsoft, but being first is the name of the game. I love both Microsoft and Google as companies, but I wish Microsoft never created Bing. It may do its job just as well or better than Google, but I am loyal to Google. I like Google's services, and Project Glass is amazing. Microsoft, I love you too, but not enough to give up Google.

Everything you said there. Yes.
I love Microsoft, they are a brilliant company, but Bing was not a good idea, or at the very least saying it was a superior search engine.

They're trying to unseat a giant that's been around for nearly 15 years now. Google is a name everyone knows, and everyone uses, as the number one web site in the world (that doesn't even count now Google owned YouTube, the number 4 site). It's just like Google+ (a blunder similar to Bing), they're trying to convince people to move off a service practically everyone uses (Facebook is the #2 site) for a newer, not fully developed site. It isn't going to work.

That probably won't happen. Like I said that google is better because it's older and has more and better results. The bing it on creaters' are dumb because they would unseat an older search engine. More people are posting that Google won like 5-0 and 4-1.
