Leap Day Game

(No, this is not about that extra day on years with 366 days.)

If you're just bored and want to start playing, go to leapdaygame.com.

But otherwise, actually read my description/review.

This is a freemium (free with in-game purchases) kinda similar to Triple Town, if you've ever played that. (It's also by the same people, Spry Fox!) It's really strategic, and makes you think a lot (if you want to win).

Each game is a randomly generated world with 8 palaces for 8 players, and in the center is the boss. There are different resources scattered around (food, water, stone, wood, gems) that can be delivered to your palace by workers to earn gold, or crafted into better things to earn more gold. Eventually you'll want to deliver the requested items to the boss, and when all 7 are delivered, the game is over and you win. This must be done within 4 days or you lose.

There are tools, like cranes, trains, fire towers, etc. to help you win, but you need to know how to use them.

I've played several games so far and although I'm probably not categorized as "addicted", I play so much I probably could be.

Here's my world if you want to see it: My current (bad) world
I guess I'm doing okay for this game, but I expect myself to be doing better...

If you ever play and I'm not in a game, you/I should invite me/you to the same game!

It's really fun, especially with your friends.

I should stop talking now.

Re: Leap Day Game

Oh yeah I forgot to mention it requires the unity web player. (I already had it so I wasn't really affected by that.)
