Hi, I'm new to this so I might not be able to answer many questions. Anyways, I've learned how to get animated gifs into Scratch so YES!! XD
I will do both animated and still icons, and I'm pretty flexible with what I do.
WHAT I CAN DO:
-wolves lunging, running, jumping, howling, sitting, and quite a few other things.
-cats stalking, running, jumping, climbing, and a few other things.
-people blinking, turning their head, simple things like that.
-chibi animals (bunnies, squirrels, dogs, wolves) doing simple things like bobbing their head, turning their head, floppy ears, run cycles, etc.
-Dragons flying or blowing smoke out their nose. (VERY NEW TO THIS)
I may add more things as time goes on but yeh. Now things I CAN'T do.
THINGS I CAN'T DO:
-long, complex animations with wolves fighting or chasing each other.
-People walking, or turning into an animal. (YET > )
-Cats catching a mouse.
-Overly bloody things. I can maybe do an animal licking a wound or scars/bloody bandages but no gore.
That's all I can think of.
RULES:
-Don't be rude to me!
-Please be descriptive in what you want me to do.
-If your icon has a background and effects or is just really complicated, you need to be willing to wait a while for it to be done, or not be done at all.
-Don't request over-the-top things, like a wolf running and then taking off into flight or whatever.
-Look on my profile for your icon once I've said I've posted it. If you wish, for whatever reason, that I delete the project after you get the icon (don't ask me how to get the icon from Scratch, I'm new to this and I don't know how).
Thank You

To let people use the icons, you'll have to upload them to an image hosting site like imgur (you don't even need an account to upload there)

Okay thanks. By the way, since you seem to know so much stuff (in a sincere way, not a teasing way just to let ya' know), can you explain how I can copy a picture into my....erm....uh....*headdesks repeatedly*.....quote?....thing? =3= *fail*

Do you mean how to display a picture in the text you're writing?\
Or do you mean your signature? I think that's what you mean.
